We offer an independent inspection service for social landlords in respect of decent homes and planned / responsive maintenance works. To determine not only the quality of the finished work, but the effectiveness of the management processes in place. The inspection will assist with satisfying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
One off or regular monthly inspections are available at competitive rates, and site visits are followed up with a full electronic report and digital images within 48 hours of inspection.
The inspection service can be used on both new build houses and refurbishment works, and we offer a discount for multiple and regular inspections.
