Prior to Legal Completion

Once your property has been inspected and handed over by Building Control, The Developer and Zuruch / NHBC, but prior to legal completion, this is the most effective time for houseinspections to undertake our inspection.

Any snags found will be addressed in a more responsive manner prior to legal completion.
