Inspections are undertaken by a mixture of construction professionals who have held senior positions within the industry.
The price includes for a 1 month period post inspection service for negotiations and communication flow between all parties. Input from house inspections after this time will be charged at a set rate as used.
The on line booking service guarantees a 10% discount provided that 7 working days notice is given prior to inspection.
Multiple inspection discounts are available for more than 1 inspection booked at the same time.
An introduction fee scheme is in place where any new business lead generated that turns into a paid inspection attracts a £20 introduction fee.
